CrossFit 161 “Highway”

Meets
up to 4 times a week

course is structured like a traditional WOD program. The use of 4
days allows for a continued gradual introduction into CrossFit
training. Written modification suggestions of each WOD are
provided.

“Freeway”

Meets
up to 5 Times a week

This
course is the traditional CrossFit training program

CrossFit 161
“Off Road”

Meets
5 times a week (2 Weights, 3 CrossFit with Strongman Component)

This
course is a combination of bodybuilding, and CrossFit training
